April 21-22, 2018: USA PAVILION Move-IN 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Monday, April 23rd until Friday, April 27th: Duration of EXPOMIN 2018 from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m Monday - Thursday and until 5:00 p.m. Friday

Dismantling Hours: In visitor opening hours and for safety reasons, elements and products can ONLY be removed by hand on April 27th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.. The dismantling of stands, removal of exhibited products and others can be removed on April 28th, 29th from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on April 30th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..


Please download, complete and return forms to us before Friday, March 9, 2018.

Required Order Form AThis form is used to indicate how you would like your company name or logo to appear on the fascia sign above your booth, and for you to to indicate desired locations for your electrical connection and furnishings.

Required Order Form B - This worksheet is required by the pavilion stand builder so that they can make sure enough electricity is ordered for your booth as well as for the overall pavilion

Required Order Form C - Acknowledgement that neither Show Management nor Official Sponsors and Service Contractors will carry insurance on your behalf, and that if you desire insurance, you must obtain and maintain it at your own expense.

Optional Form Additional Stand Items - This form is used if you need to order any additional stand construction elements, furniture, display cases, counters, etc.

Optional Form Interpreters - This form is used to order any interpreters for your booth.



Graphics for wall panels will be quoted separately based on the dimension of the stand.  

Deadline for submission: Friday, March 9, 2018

General costs:

PVC Graphic Banner US$75 per square meter

Foam board Graphic US$85 per square meter

USA EXHIBITOR Exhibitor's Directory Form
Exhibitors from the United States at EXPOMIN 2018 will be listed in the USA Exhibitors' Directory.  This is a separate booklet from the main show catalogue, designed exclusively for exhibitors from the United States.  Copies of the USA Exhibitors' Directory will be distributed from strategic locations throughout the trade fair.

For U.S. exhibitors, the basic alphabetical entry that includes booth number and company contact information is free of charge.  Optional advertisements and logo placements are also available for standard fees.
